When you join any organization you find the things in place necessary for
the operation of that organization: a president, board directors,
committee heads and those members that give of their time and energies,
working to see that the things that need to get done, do get done. So as a
new member you may not know your way around, know the rules, or who’s in
charge of this or that. But as a member, you are an owner of the
club and just as much a member as the President, the directors, or a
member who’s been there for 30 years.
Now it’s up to you to take ownership of your club. Start by using
the club in the sporting endeavor of your choice: rifle, pistol,
archery or shotgun sports. The telephone numbers of the committee
chairmen are in this newsletter. They would be glad to talk about
their sport and what’s happening at the club: shooting events,
educational classes, practice times, etc.
Come to the monthly membership meeting on the first Wednesday of every
month. This is where you’ll hear what’s going on and get involved in
the decisions of your club. At February’s meeting we voted to
spend monies on a new "Hunter Clays" course. It will be
constructed in the skeet range, and you will be able to shoot both skeet
or hunter clays from the same range. You’ll shoot birds from each
position launched from five or six different launchers - - right,
left, high, low, straightaway, and from 30 feet over your head. This
promises to be an exciting sport and I can’t wait to try it. PMSC
needs other new sporting activities to attract new members and become a
premier sportsmen’s club. We need you!

PMSC needs your help.
Members Work Parties- in order to
keep our club a safe clean place to enjoy sporting activities and good
old-fashioned camaraderie, we need volunteers to help. Please let us know
