PMSC Social Hall

Our new Social Hall is a great place to hold any small to medium size social function. With the banquet capacity to seat 200 people comfortably, our social facility is the perfect place to hold a private party, shower, reunion, reception, club meeting...or for corporate function such as retirement parties, meetings, or outings.

Located outside of the city in a private country setting, your social function will be a success!

These rates are for immediate family members only

• No kitchen use at all

• Food hold harmless aggrement signed

• Waver for the Hall use

HALL RENTAL Extended Hours (any day)

Between 11:30 pm - 1:00am                             $25.00 each 1/2 hour

After 1:00am, the following day of the event     $100 / hour, or any part thereof

NON MEMBERS - with hall rental            $100 plus hall rental fees

NON MEMBERS - without hall Rental     $185 

MEMBERS - with hall                                $75 plus hall rental fees

CLEAN-Up Fee MEMBERS                    $25 plus hall rental fees

CLEAN-UP Fee NON MEMBERS          $50

REQUIRED RENTAL DATE CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT: 

Deposits are required to hold date for 

Hall event /picnic area are $100 (weekend/ holiday) or $50 (weekday) and are non-refundable

Balance of the Rental and Clean-up fees are due one week prior to the date of the function

There is a refundable $200.00 damage deposit returned after event and  inspection.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Above list of approved caterers have satisfactorily demonstrated to PMSC that they have sufficient liability insurance and have received proper orientation from PMSC on Hall procedures, as they relate to caterers and use of kitchen equipment.

Lessee may only provide cookies, cakes, and/or other snack foods, such as pretzels, potato chips, etc. Lessee will not be permitted to supply any other foods due to Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) regulations.

Lessee may use other caterers than those approved and listed above. However there is an additional fee of $1.00 per guest. This fee covers additional insurance needed by PMSC due to use of outside catering.
